Cancellation Policy
Upon booking an appointment you are allowed to reschedule or cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
No-shows & cancellations within same day or within 48 hours will be charged 50% of service before they can book again.
72 hours prior to your appointment you should receive a confirmation text. You must confirm your appointment by clicking on the link in your confirmation text within 48 hours of your appointment. Fail to do so will result in appointment being canceled & fee being charged.
Proper forms linked in that same text must be completed prior to every scheduled service, including returning clients.
There is a 15 minute grace period, after your grace period your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule. If canceled, fee will be charged. I will try my best to accommodate you and try to fit you in, but my clients are scheduled back to back.
The payment methods that are accepted are
Zelle, Apple Cash & cash (exact change).
Payment is collected at the end of service.
